Sarah Teddy Klein, owner of Whole Health Lab, is a health/nutrition coach and an accomplished yoga instructor. Her educational background is in Health Psychology, Human Development and Applied Yoga. She has completed over 400 hours of yoga trainings and has personally lead yoga and wellness retreats around the globe. Sarah’s health coach training is through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a pioneer in the field of nutrition. She has also worked extensively in corporate wellness programs — designing, delivering and promoting health in the workplace. Sarah’s mission is to spread health, happiness and yoga.
