Strawberry Peanut Butter Blast Off

Here is a good one for ya during these warm summer months…


-1/2 banana (frozen or fresh)
– 3 strawberries (frozen or fresh)
– 2 tablespoons peanut butter
– 1 cup coconut milk
– 1 small handful of ice
– 1/4 cup steal cut oats

Health Tip: read your labels when buying peanut butter and coconut milk (or really any alternative milk) and watch out for those “extras”. Make sure your peanut butter has just peanuts in the ingredient list and your coconut milk reads coconut or coconut milk and water. I personally find that the coconut milk that comes in the can is the cleanest.
