Whether you’re a committed practitioner ready to deepen your understanding of yoga, or an aspiring yoga teacher, this comprehensive program will lay a strong foundation for an empowered practice and the ability to intelligently share the practice.

“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”  – The Bhagavad Gita

Yoga is an opportunity to sharpen the lens through which we see the world and ourselves. Take this journey that just may leave you forever changed on the other side.

We pride ourselves on running a lineage-based training, rooting in and honoring tradition. A strong foundation of a traditional and time-tested practice is laid and then creatively explored to successfully integrate Yoga into our modern minds and lives.

A 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is not only the first step into teaching Yoga but into a well-educated self-practice and self-understanding. This transformational program is designed to provide the tools needed to step into your power — to intimately understand the foundation of Modified Primary Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, to find your inner voice, your inner compass, and confidently communicate a safe and effective Yoga class.

In this course, we dive deep into the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and use this text as our roadmap for understanding the psychology of the self through the lens of Yoga. You will also walk away with a home restorative Yoga practice and an understanding of how to share restorative Yoga.

Be part of a like-minded, mindful community, creating friendships for life. Be ready to transform on every level– physically, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. Grow more than you can imagine.

Our mission is to facilitate a program that guides you into your true, empowered self and provides you the tools to share the love for this practice.

This is important for integration, healing, and cultivating conscious relaxation. It is also an excellent segue into a sitting practice of meditation. What Past Students Are Saying…

“I am so grateful to say I am a graduate of Sarah’s Ashtanga Inspired YTT.
I was absolutely blown away!  It far exceeded any expectations I had going in.
It was my intention to use the training to deepen my personal practice and maybe include some things that I could use with clients. Every single teacher was remarkable!  Each offered a specific passion and skillset which made for a rich experience. I’ve looked into various YTT training for some time and found nothing that offered such layered and robust content.
Discussing my training experience with others there’s no comparison.
I felt like space was held with devotion, support, integrity, and fun!
My growth edges were definitely challenged and so many personal insights were gained along the way.
I feel extremely confident in the foundation it provided, and have an ocean of tools along with a community of support as I move forward.
What I embodied during our time together rekindled a fire, connected and aligned parts of myself I thought were lost, and brought energy to others that I had allowed to be limiting for years.
Going in I was deadset on not teaching yoga.  This training prepared and inspired me to teach right out of the gate because I had a powerful experience and something this magical simply must be shared!!! Attending this training has been an absolute game-changer in my life!
I highly recommend it to people looking for training that goes above and beyond, it will definitely bring you to another level.” -Dannielle Arceneaux
